Formerly held senior positions at Vocalocity, Telera(acquired by Genesys), TeleTech, Sperry, Bell Labs and Unisys.

Karl is an avid skier with friends and family, and hikes when possible.
Rob brings Customer advocacy and best practices that provide our customers success through excellent services and innovative thought leadership. We win over our customers everyday. Rob was previously Vice President of Technology for Gibraltar Publishing, Inc. and Gibraltar Data Services, Cheyenne Software, Inc., and Senior Consultant for KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP, where he designed and implemented international e-commerce networks and solutions.

John brings a wealth of technology vision and entrepreneurial experience to NexxPhase. He has significant experience leading high-growth technology companies . As the former CTO and co-founder of Intradiem, John innately understands the unique technology needs of Contact Centers and how to develop and deliver award-winning products and services. John holds 7 contact center-related patents and enjoys devoting his spare time to coaching travel baseball and girls lacrosse.
Nick is responsible for the service delivery architecture and operational strategy, planning and execution as well as corporate governance. Nick provides assurance on risk management effectiveness which ensures compliance with Government and Commercial security standards that creates confidence our clients can rely on.
Nick served as an Executive Mentor with Advance Technology Development Center at Georgia Tech, and has held senior leadership roles at AT&T, VeriSign, Rallient Technology Inc., Web.com and Macy's.
Nick enjoys his free time on the golf course when he can.
