Working with NexxPhase a market leading on line gamer was able to bring the gaming experience into the game with a SingleView of the gamer with feeds from many key systems, allowing for significant knowledge and personalization of the gamer. We provided the capability for in game chat, email and call back all integrated wih OracleCX. This solution was launched with 2000 customer care agents (about 600 in separate locations in Europe and the remainder in the Americas).
