About the opportunity: We are looking to add the right person to the team who can bring creativity, design, and development skills to this effort. NexxPhase leverages the latest technologies (HTML5, SPA, Angular, etc.) to build a fresh user experience for our rapidly growing customer base.

What you will be doing: Leading all front-end/UI development efforts

What you need to be successful in this position: HTML5/CSS3/Angular/Bootstrap/etc.; strong skills with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools; experience integrating into backend frameworks; great communication and documentation abilities.

Nice-to-have skills: knowledge of JSON; experience with Advanced REST; exposure to Java, JDBC, XML, JSP, and Web Services.

What you will be doing: you will be responsible for driving Sales strategy and booking/revenue attainment in your respective territory. You will be chartered with all aspects of account development and revenue production which includes client and market identification, business models, plans, and solution delivery for cloud-based “customer engagement solutions.”

Requirements to be successful in this position: BS/BA, MBA preferred, and ten or more years in Contact Center/CRM sales and development; prior experience in call center technology. Understanding and ability to communicate business solution and technical concepts and architecture, to build trust and collaborative relationships internally and externally.

Growth Opportunities: ability to exceed Revenue on an annualized basis; identify, pursue and nurture a pipeline of strategic opportunities through networking, sourcing, and contact development.

About the opportunity: This position will provide technical assistance, training, operational support and support in the use of IT hardware and software for client implementation and ongoing client support activities. This position will also require this individual to act as the point of contact and subject matter specialist regarding client IT requests and escalations.

What you will be doing: work with the Director of the Project Management Office from initiation to completion of new client requirements; train users in software operations, analyze and make recommendations on training design; act as onsite support (technical and operational) during transition phases of implementation; receive, log, and router user inquiries on repair, monitoring trouble tickets/resolution information, follow-up and report on outstanding requests to ensure timely responses; analyze challenges, understand client needs and present recommendations to key stakeholders; build strong trust and relationships with internal and external customers; assist in writing and implementing process documentation.

Requirements to be successful in this position: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Microsoft Suite and IT trouble-shooting experience; basic all routing and networking knowledge; solid team building talent; excellent organizational skills; ability to listen effectively and demonstrate strong oral and written skills, excellent time management skills.

What we are looking for: High school or equivalent required with three to five years of experience, college degree preferred.
